The NIJ IIIA PASGT ballistic helmet with rails is a sophisticated piece of equipment that can be fitted with a night vision, flashlight and ballistic visor. It provides the user with protection against fragmenting munitions, safeguarding the head, temple, ear and neck regions. The helmet is available in three sizes, and its shell is built using a one-piece composite structure, consisting of numerous levels of aramid fiber. The chinstrap is a two-point design, with an open chincup and adjustable buckles, alongside a single snap fastener on the left. A cloth cover can also be provided in a range of patterns, depending on the color of the helmet, and even in varying shades of color according to the client's preference. The helmet's cover is secured by a band that can be used simultaneously.
